These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Redwood Digital. Please read them before submitting an enquiry.

What this site is

Ocotillo Turf Co is a lead referral service, not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, subcontract or inspect any work. We are not licensed to carry out the trades described on this site and we do not hold ourselves out as being able to.

When you send an enquiry we pass it to one independent local contractor who pays us for enquiries from this site. Any quote, contract, payment, schedule, workmanship or warranty is strictly between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it.

No contractor relationship, and no endorsement

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for work with us, and it does not oblige you to hire anyone. We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, quote your project, accept the work, or complete it to any particular standard. We do not warrant any contractor's licensing, insurance, availability, pricing or conduct, and you should verify those yourself before engaging anyone.

Contact consent

By submitting the form or calling the number on this site, you agree that we and the contractor we refer you to may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text or email at the details you provide. Tell us to stop and we will, at hello@artificialgrasschandler.com.

The information on this site

Guides, cost ranges, timelines and regulatory notes here are general information for Chandler and the surrounding area. They are not professional, legal, engineering or code advice, prices and rules change, and every property differs. Photographs are illustrative and do not depict work carried out by us or by any contractor we refer you to. Do not rely on anything here in place of a site visit and a written quote.

Permits and licensing

Permits, inspections and licensing for any work are the responsibility of the contractor you engage and, where applicable, of you as the property owner. We take no part in it.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false details, other people's information without their permission, or automated or bulk enquiries, and do not use this site to advertise to us.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Redwood Digital is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information published here, or from any dealings with a contractor we refer you to, including the quality, timing, cost or safety of their work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, that voicemails are recorded and transcribed, and that enquiries are passed to a contractor who pays us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
